Eli Kavon, a Phi Bata Kappa graduate of Columbia University, who has been an adjunct lecture at Broward Community College and currently lectures at Nova Southeastern University, discusses the mysteries surrounding the scrolls. Mr. Kavon's writings have appeared in The Jerusalem Post, The Jerusalem Report nd Midstream.

Murder on the Suwanee River was a Black History Month program presented on February 20, 2007 at 7 p.m. in the new South Regional/BCC Library by Marvin Dunn (pictured) author of several books and now a retired professor. Specifically, the subject of his discussion is Willie James Howard, a young African American male, who was murdered by throwing him in the Suwanee River with his hands and feet tied together while his father was made to watch. No one was ever prosecuted for the heinous crime and an autopsy was never performed on Willie's body. It was only recently that Willie was even given a funeral. Now, after Marvin Dunn's investigation of this crime, wheels are in motion to bring the guilty to justice, even if they are already dead.
